1. Deposits & Cancellations

All deposits are strictly non-refundable once a project or contract has been confirmed.

Any withdrawal or cancellation by the client after the deposit is paid will result in forfeiture of the full deposit, regardless of project progress.
The deposit covers preliminary work, resource allocation, and commitment of time.
2. Milestone Payments
Projects are delivered based on agreed milestones.

Each milestone will be reviewed and confirmed by both parties via written acceptance (e.g. email).

Once a milestone is approved and payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

No refunds or reversals will be provided for completed and accepted work.
3. Termination & Exceptions
If a project is terminated for any reason:

The deposit remains non-refundable.

All completed and approved milestones must be paid in full.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where TrimaMore is unable to deliver the agreed services due solely to reasons within TrimaMore’s control, and such decisions will be made at TrimaMore’s discretion.
